Our policies
What it helps to know before you book, in plain words.
Booking and deposits
Book online, call us or send a text. Visits of 75 minutes or more take a deposit to hold your time, and it goes toward your service. We confirm the way you prefer.
Canceling and running late
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. If you move it in time, your deposit goes to the new date. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shorter, because the next hour is already held.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without telling us, the deposit is kept. We are glad to rebook you, and we will ask for a deposit again. If you had an emergency, tell us.
Children and companions
We see adults. A client under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, who signs the booking and stays for the consultation. The room is small, so a companion waits in the entrance room. The visit for two is for two adults.
Patch tests and allergies
Before using a new product on your whole face, we try it on a small area and wait. Tell us when you book if your skin reacts to something. If there is a reaction, tell us and we change the plan.
If you're not happy
If a service didn't turn out the way you expected, tell us within a few days and we will look at it with you. We adjust the plan at your next visit.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one when you pay.
Before your visit
Come as you are; if you wear makeup, we remove it. Arrive about 10 minutes early and, if you can, wear a top with a loose neckline. If you have somewhere to be afterward, tell us when you book.
When to ask your doctor first
If you have an open sore, an infection, a sunburn or a medical treatment for your skin, talk to your doctor or a dermatologist first. A facial is not a medical treatment. If you are unsure, call us and we will talk it through before you book.
