Your first visit, step by step
A first visit takes about 75 minutes. Here is what happens, in order.

Step 1: Book your visit
Book online, call or send a text. If it is your first time, choose "First visit" in the list: it is the consultation and a facial in one visit.

Step 2: When you arrive
Arrive about 10 minutes early. Nitza or Yokasta welcome you at the door, offer you coffee, tea or water and show you the room.

Step 3: What to expect
Half an hour of talk about your skin and your routine, then the facial. If anything bothers you, say so and we pause.

Step 4: Afterward
We suggest a few simple steps for home and when to come back, if it suits you. You can book your next visit before you leave.

You don't need to do anything special. Come as you are: if you wear makeup, we remove it at the start.

Who will I see?
With Nitza or Yokasta. If you prefer one of them, or English, say so when you book.
Can I talk during the facial?
Of course. If you prefer quiet, that is fine too. You set the pace.
What if I'm running late?
Call us at (610) 555-0101. If there is time, we do the full service; if not, a shorter one.
Will anyone push me to buy products?
No. We suggest what suits you and you decide.
