What people ask most before booking.
Who speaks Spanish?
Nitza sees clients in Spanish. Yokasta sees clients in Spanish and English, in person, by phone and by text.
How long does a facial take?
Between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the service. The length is shown beside each one.
What do I do if it's my first time?
Book the "First visit" or the skin consultation. We talk with you before we start.
How do I know the price?
Prices appear on the booking page, beside each service, before you confirm. The pricing page explains what they depend on.
Why do you take a deposit?
Visits of 75 minutes or more take a deposit to hold your time. It goes toward your service; it is not an extra charge.
Can I come with my daughter or my mother?
Yes. Book the visit for two and we see you both at once, one on each side of the room.
When are you open?
Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are closed on Mondays and Sundays.
Where are you?
At 35 N 7th St, Suite 2, in Allentown. There is street parking.
What if I'm running late?
Call us. If there is time, we do the full service; if not, a shorter one.
